Guest Speaker from Shanghai China: Yang Xiaofeng
Yang Xiaofeng, Shanghainese. Master Degrees. Started work in September 1984, and is currently the chairman of Shanghai Huaqin Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Since October 2012, Mr. Yang has served as the chairman of Huaqin Technology. From April 2009 to October 2012, Mr. Yang served as the vice-chairman of ADP China, responsible for managing the service operation of HR BPO services in China.
Before 2002, Mr. Yang worked in Kodak and Philips successively in human resource management. Mr. Yang graduated with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Tongji University in Shanghai, China, and a master's degree in business administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Webster University.
